As the club sponsor, I facilitate for the group, providing some suggestions for activities, but mostly signatures for the club's various events and outings. I have worked with the English Major and Minors' club for about five years, but this group of students has been the most enjoyable, ethusiastic and motivated group I've ever worked with. They have a profound sense of momentum and direction, which makes my experience with them that much more rewarding.
Apart from my involvement with the club, I also enjoy teaching Shakespeare, Mythology, and Argument. I'm also passionately committed to travel and the education it provides. Often, I lecture based on the experiences I've had trekking through Kakadu National Park in Australia, or visiting the Shinto Shrines of Tokyo, or watching the sun rise from a Mayan temple in Guatemala. This summer, I'll add to that list of adventures by traveling around the Transylvanian countryside, oh, and getting married there too boot.
